Refund policy

Since our Website offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the RPL Report is purchased. Only if the ordered service could not be delivered within the specified deadline, then your payment will be refunded if you want.

Note: If you order the wrong occupation nominated(ANZSCO Code) RPL Report then there is also no refund.

Cancellation Policy

You can request the cancellation of the order only when the order is in process. Once you are signed in to the system and your order is registered, then it cannot be cancelled.
